How to Use

1. Apply a small amount of gel directly onto a clean tongue scraper or your fingertip.
2. Gently spread the gel across the surface of the tongue using the scraper or a soft toothbrush.
3. Leave for 30–60 seconds, then rinse thoroughly with water.
4. Use once or twice daily, preferably after brushing, as part of your oral care routine.
